摘　　要：颧骨、颧弓是头面部外伤容易伤及的部位，受伤后容易发生骨折，断端易发生凹陷错位而导致面部外形的改变。正确诊断颧骨、颧弓骨折，通过治疗恢复颧骨、颧弓原有的宽度、突度及高度是恢复面中部侧方外形及功能的重点。Zygomatic and zygomatic arch is easily hurted in head injury, injury prone to fracture, broken end prone to depression dislocation caused changes in facial appearance. Correct diagnosis of zygomatic and zygomatic arch fractures. To restore the zygomatic and zygomatic arch in Width and height, Is the key point of lateral surface in the midface appearance and function recovery.
