摘　　要：通过局部麻醉、镇静以及全身麻醉等药物控制疼痛和焦虑的方法是儿童行为管理的重要措施之一,由于镇静以及全身麻醉技术操作复杂、需要使用监测设备以及有抑制呼吸等潜在的危险性,在儿童口腔诊疗中未普及开展,目前临床上采取的最重要和有效的方法就是局部麻醉。本研究旨在总结有关儿童口腔局部麻醉的相关知识。One of the important measures for child behavior management is that through the local anesthesia, sedation and general anesthesia drugs to control pain and anxiety. The sedation and general anesthesia are not popular in children＇s oral treatment due to the complexity of the opration, requirement of monitoring equipment and the dager of respiratory inhibition. At present the local anesthesia is taken because it is the most important an deflective method in clinic. This paper aims to summarize some relevant knowledge of children＇s oral local anesthesia.
