摘 要:目的 探讨以团队为基础( Team-Based Learning,TBL)教学法在急救护理技能教学中的应用效果. 方法 随机选取我院2013 级高职护理1 班为实验班( 40 人) ,采取TBL教学方法;护理2 班为对照班( 40人) ,采用传统教学方法( Lecture Based Learning,LBL). 比较两个班成绩(笔试成绩及操作成绩)和调查问卷情况,进行统计学分析. 结果 实验班操作成绩优于对照班,具有统计学意义;而理论成绩与对照班相比无统计学意义. 结论 运用TBL 教学法运用于急救护理技能操作,可有效的提高学生急救操作能力,能够调动学生的学习热情、培养学生的学习能力、增强学生的团队意识,适合急救护理技能的教学方法.Objective To discuss the effect of team-based learning ( TBL ) teaching method in emergency nursing skills teaching. Methods Advanced nursing Class One in 2013 grade was randomly selected as the experimental class (40 students) , which was given the TBL teaching method, and common nursing Class Two was randomly chosen as the control classe (40 students) , adopting traditional teaching method ( Lecture Based Learning, LBL) . The com-parison of the results of the two classes' written examinations and operating examinations and questionnaires about teach-ing method were all statistically analyzed respectively. Results The results of operating examinations of experimental class were better than that of the control class and there were statistical significance, but there was no statistical signifi-cance in written examination of the two classes. Conclusions TBL teaching method applied in the emergency nursing skills can effectively improve students ' emergency operating ability, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, cultivate students' learning ability, enhance students' awareness of the team spirit, and it's a suitable teaching method for emer-gency nursing skills.
