摘  要:将汉麻秆芯在高温下碳化,获得的碳材料通过球磨制成超细碳粉,碳粉配制成水基浆料。通过分析碳粉水基浆料流变特性,确定所需分散剂的种类和添加量,制备密度和均匀性合理的反应烧结碳坯。碳坯经高温渗硅工艺获得碳化硅木质陶瓷。对碳化硅木质陶瓷力学性能进行分析,发现随着坯体中碳含量的增加,烧结体弯曲强度逐步增大。A new process was developed using hemp core fiber as raw material to prepare the porous carbon template for biomorphic silicon carbide fabrication. In this process, the hemp core fibers were carbonized in a muffle furnace at 1200 oC with nitrogen gas as protection medium. The obtained carbon was then ball-milled to attain the fine carbon powders, which were subsequently dissolved in deionized water to acquire aqueous suspension. The suspension was cast into gypsum mould to prepare the porous carbon templates, which were infiltrated and reacted with liquid silicon at 1600 oC to get the high-performance biomorphic silicon carbide.
