摘 要:目的 :调查并分析重症监护室(ICU)护士的职业生涯规划现状。方法 :采用方便抽样,用修订的护士职业生涯规划调查问卷对温州市2所三级甲等综合医院的293名ICU护士进行调查。结果 :ICU护士职业生涯规划总分为(86.33±15.39)分,自我认识和环境评估两个维度得分较低,职业目标和行动计划两个维度得分较高;不同性别、职务、学历、职称、工作年限的ICU护士职业生涯规划总分有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 :应加强对ICU护士职业生涯规划的重视,高等院校护理专业应开设职业生涯规划有关课程,医院及科室要针对不同特征的ICU护士给予对应的继续教育培训及管理。Objective: To investigate ICU nurses' career planning. Methods: By convenience sampling, totally 293 ICU nurses in 2 tertiary general hospitals in Wenzhou were investigated with a modified career planning questionnaire. Results: The average score of ICU nurses' career planning was 86.33±15.39. The 2 dimensions with the lowest scores were self-recognition and environmental assessment, and the 2 dimensions with the highest scores were action plan and career objective. The scores of career planning were statistically different among nurses of different gender, position, educational background, professional title, and length of work(P〈0.05). Conclusion: We should give more attention to ICU nurses' career planning. Career planning related courses should be provided in nursing colleges. Hospital and department managers should give ICU nurses related continuing education and management according to their characteristics.
