摘  要:目的:探讨推拿压力刺激对血管内皮细胞不同整合素亚基的影响,为推拿治疗作用的非神经信号传导机制提供实验证据和理论依据。方法:离体培养血管内皮细胞分为空白对照组(即OkPa压力刺激组)、100kPa压力刺激组、200kPa压力刺激组,实施相应强度的静态压力刺激,观察血管内皮细胞膜表面Integrinβ1、β3、α1、α2、α3、αv的含量变化。结果:100kPa压力刺激组及200kPa压力刺激组Integrinβ1、β3、α1、α2、α3、αv表达量均多于空白对照组(P〈0.05),Integrinβ3,表达量少于空白对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:模拟推拿压力刺激过程中,介导机械信号的Integrin亚基在腧穴血管内皮细胞胞膜的表达产生变化。一定程度揭示了推拿压力刺激信号在血管内皮细胞上传导的非神经信号通路机制。Objective: To investigate the influence of massage pressure stimulation on different integrin subunit in vascular endothelial cells, in order to provide some experimental evidence and theory basis for the non-nerve signal transduction mechanism of the therapeutical effect of massage. Methods: Divided samples of vascular endothelial cells in vitro into blank control group (0kPa pressure stimulation group), 100kPa group and 200kPa group, stimulated by corresponding strength of static pressure, and observed the content change of Integrinβ1, β3, α1, α2, α3, cry that at the sur- face of vascular endothelial cell membrane. Results: The Integrinβ1, β3, α1, α2, α3, cry expression quantity of 100kPa and 200 kPa group were all more than those of blank control group (P〈0.05), while the Integrinβ3expression quantity were both less than that of blank control group (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion: In the process of stimulating massage pressure stimulation, the expression change of the integrin subunit which mediates mechanical signals in vascular endothelial cell membranes of acupoint has revealed the non-nerve signal transduction mechanism of the conduction of massage pressure stimulation signal on the vascular endothelial cells in a certain degree.
