对中医今方名称英语译法的思考

摘　　要：方剂学具有很强的应用性。中医今方是中医方剂的重要组成,既沿袭中医古方又融入了现代化的高新科技元素。目前关于中医今方英译名称的研究较少,且对方剂的命名认识不够准确,对其名称翻译方法的探讨尚待深入。当前以中医方剂学的知识为基础,从中医今方命名特点及对外贸易需求的角度研究其名称英译法,对比研究《中国药典》、一些中外译者的典型译作,和现常用药产品所使用的英译法,认为《中国药典》中对其采用的音译法较为适合。Formulaeology has very strong application effects. Modern medical formula is a very important component of TCM formula,which follows ancient TCM formula and is fused with the modern high-tech elements. Currently, studies about English translation methods of modern TCM formula nomenclature are rare. Better understanding and investigation of formulas ＇ name and translation are needed. The current research studied translation methods of the name of modern TCM formulas into English from the view of TCM formula knowledge and foreign trade demand. By comparing different translation methods, we believe the translation method used in Chinese pharmacopoeia is more appropriate.
