PBL教学法对新聘医师病案质量的影响

摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习教学模式在病案书写培训中的应用效果。方法某院将2011年7月-2014年9月招收的95名新聘医师为研究对象,2011年7月-2012年7月招收的45名新聘医师作为对照组,采用传统的教学法进行病案书写培训,2013年7月-2014年7月招收的50名新聘医师作为实验组,采用PBL教学法进行病案书写培训,以一年后病案书写基本知识、病案相关法律法规知识理论考核成绩以及病案质量书写评分作为测评指标,采用SPSS18.0软件处理所有数据。结果 PBL组的病历书写基本知识和病案相关法律法规知识掌握程度、病案质量评分、终末病案甲级率均有显著提高,病案返修率明显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在新聘医师病案书写培训中引入PBL教学法能显著提高病案书写的质量。Objectives To investigate the application effect of Problem-based Learning method in the training of medical record writing. Methods 95 newly engaged doctors admitted in the hospital from June 2011 to September 2014 were taken as study object, 45 of them newly admitted from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected as control group and received training of medical records writing with traditional teaching method. 50 of them newly admitted from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as experimental group and received training of medical records writing with PBL teaching method. The basic knowledge of medical records writing one year late, examination results of medical records related laws and regulations knowledge as well as the scores of medical records writing quality were taken as evaluation factors, finally disposed all the data with the application of SPSS18.0. Results In the PBL group,the mastery degree of basic knowledge of medical records writing, the scores of medical records writing quality and the A grade rate of terminal medical records were increased significantly, the repair rate of medical records was decreased significantly, which had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion To introduce PBL teaching method into the medical records writing training among newly admitted doctors could improve the quality of medical record significantly.
