摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,图书情报专业硕士的招生数量和就业形势均呈上升趋势,医药卫生领域图书情报人才需求量急剧增长。本文结合目前国内医学领域图书情报专业硕士人才培养的现状和卫生系统变革对图书情报专业硕士人才催生的能力要求,分析了我国医学领域图书情报专业硕士人才需求,指出了当前医学类图书情报人员和其他卫生信息人员专业素质亟待提高,医学图书情报人员和卫生信息人员应有明确的职业发展。The number of recruited postgraduates in library and information science, their employment, and demand for library and information professionals in medical and health field have been increasing since the 21st century. The demand for library and information professionals in medical and health field in China was thus analyzed according to the training of masters of library and information science in medical field and their ability required in health system reform, and the fact was pointed out, this is the literacy of library and information professionals and other health information staff should be improved with definite career development.
