养正消积胶囊配合介入化疗或放疗治疗原发性肝癌的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价养正消积胶囊配合介入化疗或放疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效及安全性,为临床实践和更深入的研究提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、EM-base、中国知网、万方数据、中国博士学位论文全文数据库、中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据,全面收集养正消积胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的所有随机对照试验。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8个试验,1868例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组与对照组相比,其实体肿瘤近期疗效有效率、生活质量及体质量升高率的差异均有统计学意义。结论现有研究结果提示,养正消积胶囊配合介入化疗或放疗治疗原发性肝癌,能缩小肿瘤,改善生活质量、提高体质量,减轻放化疗的毒副反应。但其长期疗效尚需开展更多大样本、高质量的随机对照试验加以验证。Objective To systematically review efficacy and safety of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule in treating primary liver cancer combined with interventional chemotherapy or radiotherapy,in order to provide reference for clinical practice and further research. Methods Pub Med,EM-base,China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,Wanfang Data,China Doctoral Dissertations Full-text Database,and China Masters＇ Theses Full-text Database were searched to comprehensively collect all randomized controlled trials of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule in treating primary liver cancer. The data was analyzed by Meta-analysis in Rev Man 5. 3 Software. Results A total of 8 trials of 1 868 patients＇ information were collected. According to Meta-analysis,compared experimental group with control group,differences of those two groups in effective rate of short-term effect of solid tumor,quality of life and increase rate of body mass were statistically significant. Conclusion The existing research results suggested that Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule combined with interventional chemotherapy or radiotherapy for treating primary liver cancer could shrink the tumor,improve the quality of life,increase body mass,as well as reduce the toxic and side effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. But it needed to carry out more large sample and high-quality randomized controlled trials to verify its long-term effects.
