摘　　要：建设一支素质优良的德育教师队伍,这是建设中国特色社会主义事业的"基础工程"、"民心工程"和"希望工程",十分重要,也是各高校面临的一项战略任务。作为高校德育教师的"三支主体队伍",必须是坚定的马克思主义者,具有良好的政治品质、战略思维能力、较强的组织管理能力和交往能力、良好的自然教学能力和自然宣传能力。要按照"四化"标准和"政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正"的要求,建设一支政治素质优良,组织纪律严明,综合素质较高,业务素质过硬,勇于开拓创新,善于联系实际的德育教师队伍,以保证高校德育教师队伍的质量。It is very important that build Corps of Moral Teachers with fine quality. and is Project Foundation,Project People and Project Hope of the cause of socialism with a specifically Chinese character,and is a strategic task that every university faces too. As three main team of moral teachers in the universities,must be the firm Marxist,good political quality,ability of strategic thinking,stronger managerial and organization ability,good natural teaching ability and propagate ability. Should build a body of moral teachers with politics strong,business precise,discipline tight,overall qualities are high,the professional qualifications are really up to the mark,dare to pioneer and invent and is good at integrating with practice. We can ensure the quality of the moral teachers of the university.
