离子交换树脂法去除氨基酸废水中的邻二甲苯-4-磺酸

摘  要:首次采用阴离子交换树脂吸附去除沉淀亮氨酸后的氨基酸废水中的邻二甲苯-4-磺酸沉淀剂。实验发现,201×7阴离子交换树脂对邻二甲苯-4-磺酸有很强的吸附能力,在水溶液、4mol/L HCl及4mol/L NH4Cl中的吸附率分别为100%、93%、95%。常规的电解质水溶液无法解吸树脂上吸附的邻二甲苯-4-磺酸,但适当浓度的乙醇+盐酸溶液可有效解吸。最佳吸附-解吸工艺条件为:离子交换树脂柱,26×1000mm,玻璃柱,内装500ml 201×7树脂;氨基酸废水正上柱吸附,上柱流速1BV/h,上柱体积4BV;用自来水洗至无色,再用60%乙醇+1mol/L盐酸解吸液反洗,洗脱流速2BV/h,解吸液体积3BV。本方法可有效去除氨基酸废水中的邻二甲苯-4-磺酸,回收的沉淀剂具有和新制沉淀剂相同的功效。The ortho-dimethylbenzene-4-sulfonic acid was first removed from the waste water of amino acid after leucine precipitation using ion exchange resin method.The results showed that the ortho-dimethylbenzene-4-sulfonic acid can be strongly adsorbed on the 201×7 anion exchange resin with the adsorption rate 100%,93%,95% respectively in water,4mol/L HCl and 4mol/L NH4Cl.The adsorbate can not be desorbed by common electrolyte water solutions,but it can be desorbed by the mixture solution of ethanol and HCl with appropriate concentrations.The optimum process conditions resulted as follows:the ion exchange column was 26×1000mm glass with 500ml of 201×7 resin inside,the waste water of amino acid was flowed forward through the column with the flow rate of 2BV/h and the total volume of 4BV,after washing to colorless with water the column was eluted reversely using the mixture solution of 60% ethanol and 1 mol/L HCl as eluant with the flow rate of 2BV/h and the total volume of 3BV.Using the method the ortho-dimethylbenzene-4-sulfonic acid can be effectively removed from the waste water of amino acid and the recovered precipitating agent has the same function as the newly made one.
