涪陵高新技术产业发展和区域核心竞争力提升的路径选择

摘　　要：区域核心竞争力,除"软实力"外,主要取决于核心产业特别高新技术产业的竞争力。发展高新技术产业,是提高区域核心竞争力的强大动力。通过发展高新技术产业和提升核心竞争力,最终将实现"后发优势",缩小、消除与发达地区的差距。本文通过对涪陵高新技术产业发展现状的分析,提出了我区高技术产业发展和区域核心竞争力提升的总体思路和目标任务,从组织领导、设立高新技术产业发展专项投资基金和创新创业风险投资补偿资金、培育一批具有核心竞争力的高新技术企业、培养引进高新技术人才和六大产业高新化等方面提出了建议。This paper has analyzed the development status of Fuling high-tech industry,put forwards some suggests,such as the general idea and the objectives and tasks,organization and leadership,high-tech industries to set up the development of special investment funds and investment in innovation and entrepreneurial risk compensation funds,cultivate a number of high-tech enterprises with core competitiveness,and cultivate the introduction of high-tech talents and six high-tech industry of recommendations and so on.
