摘　　要：RNA干涉是双链RNA以一种基因转录后沉寂的方式或诱导DNA甲基化的方式对含有其同源序列的基因表达进行干涉的过程。RNA干涉在很多疾病的基因治疗上都有应用,如在癌症、肿瘤、传染性疾病及遗传性疾病等方面。本文重在对RNA干扰技术在肿瘤的基因治疗上的应用作介绍。RNA interference is a double-stranded RNA gene transcription in a quiet manner or after the DNA methylamine induced by way of containing its homologous sequences to interfere in the process of gene expression.The gene therapy of RNA in terference has been applied in many diseases,such as incancer,oncology,infectious diseases and genetic diseases and so on.This paper focuses on the gene therapy application of RNA interference technology in cancer.
