摘 要:目的:探讨大学生学业嫉妒对心理幸福感的影响以及情绪智力的调节作用。方法:采用大学生学业嫉妒问卷、Ryff心理幸福感量表(修订版)和情绪智力量表(EIS)对320名大学生进行测查。结果:①整体上,大学生学业嫉妒在中等偏下水平(x=2.40),情绪智力在中等偏上水平(x=3.47);②大学生学业嫉妒与情绪智力、心理幸福感呈显著负相关(r=0.15,P<0.01;r=-0.41,P<0.001);情绪智力与心理幸福感呈显著正相关(r=0.45,P<0.001);③情绪智力在学业嫉妒和心理幸福感之间的调节作用不显著(△R^2=0.01,P>0.05),情绪智力在学业嫉妒和生活目标感之间的调节作用显著(△R^2=0.03,P<0.001)。结论:大学生学业嫉妒对心理幸福感具有显著影响,情绪智力的调节作用不显著。Objective:To investigate the influences of academic jealousy on psychology well— being of college students and the moderating effect of emotional intelligence.Methods:Academic Jealousy Questionnaire,Ryff Psychology well—being Questionnaire and Emotional Intelligence Scale were tested on 320 college students.Results:①In general,college students' academic jealousy was below average(M= 2.40),the emotional intelligence was above average(M=3.47).②Psychology well — being,emotional intelligence and academic jealousy had significant negative correlation(r=-0.15,P〈0.01;r=-0.41,P〈0.001),emotional intelligence and psychology well — being were significantly positively related(r=0.45,P〈0.001).③The moderating effect of emotional intelligence between academic jealousy and psychology well—being was not significant(△R-2=0.01,P〉0.05),the moderating effect of emotional intelligence between academic jealousy and the goal of life was significant △R-2 =0.03,P〈0.001).Conclusion;The academic jealousy significantly influences college students' psychology well — being,the moderating effect of emotional intelligence is not significant.
