摘  要:采用Brookfield旋转黏度计、邵氏硬度计和拉力试验机,分别测试了固化剂为TDI(2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯)和IPDI(异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯),催化剂分别为三苯基铋(TPB)、二月桂酸二丁基锡(T-12)、乙酰丙酮铁(Fe(AA)3),HTPB胶液体系在60℃固化时不同时刻的黏度、硬度和固化完成后的拉伸强度。结果表明:TDI做固化剂时,HTPB胶液体系的黏度和拉伸强度大于IPDI做固化剂时的黏度变化和拉伸强度值,固化完全的时间小于IPDI做固化剂时的胶液。催化剂分别为TPB、T-12、Fe(AA)3,催化剂含量在0.01%-0.05%间变化时,Fe(AA)3的HTPB胶液体系的黏度变化最大,以TPB做催化剂的胶液的拉伸强度变化幅度最小。HTPB with TDI and IPDI as curing agent,TPB,T-12 and( Fe( AA)3) as catalyst,respectively was studied by Brookfield rotational viscometer,Shao hardness meter and tensile testing machine. The results showed that the viscosity and tensile strength of HTPB system with IPDI as curing agent were more than that of IPDI as curing agent,and the curing time was less than that of IPDI as curing agent. When the catalyst was TPB,T-12,Fe( AA)3,the viscosity of HTPB with Fe( AA)3as catalyst was the largest,the tensile strength of HTPB with TPB as catalyst was the smallest when the catalyst content was 0. 01% - 0. 05%
