摘 要:建立了电液比例泵控马达系统数学模型,包括电液比例伺服机构,泵控马达机构和传感器。电液比例伺服机构主要由PWM放大器、电液比例控制阀和阀控液压缸组成,泵控马达机构主要由斜盘式轴向柱塞变量泵和定量马达组成。对该闭式系统运用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真分析,并进行试验验证。仿真分析和试验验证都表明:排量比主要由电压信号控制,马达转速主要由泵转速和电压信号共同控制。正常工作时,外负载对系统几乎没有影响;当系统所受外负载力过大时,导致系统在恶劣工况下运行。Established the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional pump-control-motor system,including the electro-hydraulic proportional servo mechanism,the pump-control-motor mechanism and the sensors. Electro-hydraulic proportional servomechanism is composed of the PWM amplifier,the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve and the valve controlled hydraulic cylinder,and the pump-control-motor mechanism is composed of the variable pump and the fixed motor. Used the Matlab/Simulink software to test and used the experiment to verify the dynamic characteristics of closed pump-control-motor system. Both the simulation analysis and experimental test show that: the displacement ratio is mainly controlled by the voltage signal,and the motor rotation speed is mainly controlled by the pump rotation speed and voltage signal. When the system runs in the normal work condition,the external load will have little impact on the system; when the system is subjected to excessive force,the system will run in a bad condition.
