摘  要:三维打印(3DP)是快速成型技术的一种,基于微滴喷射原理通过喷头喷射粘接剂逐层粘接粉体材料成型。彩色三维打印能根据模型几何和颜色信息制作出彩色成型件,具有广泛的应用前景。由于VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language)文件具有数据冗余小、能保存模型颜色信息、适于网络传输等特点,文章采用VRML文件格式作为CAD和彩色三维打印设备间的数据接口。彩色三维打印中模型的读取和显示是切片、路径规划等后续开发的基础,在分析VRML文件格式的基础上,基于VC++和OpenGL平台实现了VRML模型的读取和可视化,建立了适于后续切片处理的数据拓扑结构并实现了模型分层方向的手动选择。在实验室开发的彩色三维打印系统中成功打印出了彩色模型。Three dimensional printing(3DP),as a kind of rapid prototyping technology,is based on the micro-jetting principle by spraying adhesive glue on powder materials through droplet nozzles to form parts step by step. Color 3DP,which can produce color parts according to geometry and color information,has wide application prospect. VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) model has small data redundancy,and can save model color information,and is suitable for network transmission,and VRML file format is applied as the interface between CAD and color three-dimensional printing device. For color three-dimensional printing,model importing and visualization are the foundation of subsequent development such as slicing and path planning.Based on the analysis of VRML file format,model importing and visualization are implemented on the VC++ and Open GL platform.Establishing suitable data topology structure for subsequent slicing and manual selection of slicing orientation are also realized. Three-dimensional color models are successfully printed out with the use of self-developed laboratory color three-dimensional modeling system.
