摘  要:厢体骨架作为翼开式厢车的重要受力部件,其结构形式的好坏对整车的安全与节能有重大影响。因此有必要对厢体骨架进行结构强度分析与轻量化设计。建立厢体骨架的有限元模型,对其进行静力学分析。根据分析结果采用拓扑优化的方法对结构进行优化设计,得到了新厢体骨架结构的设计方案。有限元分析结果表明:优化后的厢体骨架模型最大变形和最大应力都减小了47.8%,质量减轻了18.1%,较好地达到了优化目标。该方法为厢体骨架的结构设计以及轻量化设计提供了良好的思路和借鉴。As an important part of the wing-open van,the structure style of van body skeleton is of great significance to van safety and energy conservation. Thus,it is necessary to make a structure strength analysis and lightweight design of van body skeleton. A finite element model of van body skeleton was built,and then the static analysis was conducted. According to the analysis results,the topology optimization method was utilized to make an optimal design of the structure,and then the structure design scheme of new van body skeleton was gotten. The finite element analysis results indicate that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of van body skeleton model after optimization both reduce by 47.8% and the mass reduce by 18.1%,and the optimization goal is reached. The method could provide ideas and references for structure design and lightweight design of van body skeleton.
