摘　　要：前列腺癌患者多为老年,脏腑功能衰退、特别是经过去势术后或内分泌治疗后,导致阴阳失衡,机体内环境出现紊乱。调节与维护平衡是中医治疗的核心理念,在临床治疗中通过协调阴阳,掌握攻补平衡;局部治疗与全身治疗互相配合;形神兼治,综合调理,恢复机体内环境的稳定与平衡,从而改善前列腺癌患者身心状态,提高生活质量,延长生存时间。For the elderly patients with prostate cancer,the internal organs function declines. After castration operation or endocrine therapy,the internal environment of patients disorder is imbalance of Yin and Yang. Adjustment and maintenance balance is the core idea of TCM. The article presents those viewpoints,which can be summarized as the following： regulating Yin and Yang,mastering the tonification and purgation balance in treatment,correctly handling the relationship between local therapy and overall therapy,promoting the harmonious development of patients physical and mental,adjusting and restoring the dynamic balance of human body environment,by which improve the physical and mental state and quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients with prostate cancer.
