摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞、马来酸桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及安全性。方法筛选的110例符合入组标准的急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表分为观察组55例和对照组55例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予马来酸桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床指标的变化,评价两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治愈19例,显效17例,好转14例,无效5例,总有效率90.91%;对照组治愈15例,显效12例,好转14例,无效14例,总有效率74.54%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ~2=5.153,P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组降低得更明显（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容（%）、红细胞聚集指数各项指标比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后观察组各指标较治疗前均明显降低,对照组全血黏度和红细胞聚集指数较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后全血黏度和血细胞比容明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丁苯酞、马来酸桂哌齐特及奥扎格雷钠联合应用,对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复及预后疗效显著,患者耐受性高,使用安全。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of butylphthalide combined with cinepazide maleate and sodium ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with cinepazide maleate combined with sodium ozagrel on the basis of conventional treatment,the patients in observation group were treated with butylphthalide on the basis of control group.After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were detected and compared.Results There were 19 cases being cured,17 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,5 cases ineffective in the observation group,the total effective rate was 90.91%;in the control group,15 cases being cured,12 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and14 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 74.54%.There were significant differences between the two groups（χ~2 =5.153,P〈0.05）.The NIHSS score in both groups had significant improvement compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the observation group showed a better improvement than that in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The whole blood viscocity,blood plasma viscocity,hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation levels in both groups had no significant difference compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,blood rheology in observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）,the whole blood viscocity and erythrocyte aggregation in control group after treatment was lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,the whole blood viscocity and hematocrit in the observation group was significantly lower than those in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with cinepazide maleate and sodium ozagrel have significant effects and safety on trea
