摘  要:目的了解西安市社区护士工作压力源、工作满意度现状并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、社区护士工作压力源量表、社区护士工作满意度量表对西安市24个社区卫生服务中心的302名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果社区护士工作压力源总分为(71.55±25.41)分,工作满意度总分为(139.88±19.33)分。职称、个人月收入、护理专业及工作方面的问题、工作量及时间分配方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题是社区护士工作满意度的主要影响因素。结论管理者要注重改善社区护士工作环境、提高待遇、注重其个人发展,提高社区护士工作满意度。Objective To investigate the status of job stressors and satisfaction of community nurses and their relationship in Xi'an. Methods Totally, 302 community nurses from 24 community health service centers in Xi'an were investigated by using general information questionnaire ,job stressor scale of com- munity health nurses and job satisfaction scale. Results The total score of community nurses job stressors was ( 71.55 ± 25.41 ). And the total score of comma- nity nurses' job satisfaction was ( 139.88 ±19.33 ). Multiple linear stepwise regression showed that the professional and technical titles, the monthly income,the problems from intrinsic job features, work overload and time pressures, management dynamics and interpersonal relations were the influencing factor of nurses'job satisfaction. Conclusion The community nursing managers should take actions to improve the working facilities,increase nurses'satisfaction with pay,and create more chances to promote, so as to increase the satisfaction of community nurses.
