广西浦北县2014年城乡中小学生龋齿调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西人口数较多的浦北县中小学生龋齿患病状况,为今后中小学生口腔卫生保健提供参考。方法按照国家的调查方案,对全县部分中小学生进行随机抽样健康检查,并建立起学生健康档案。结果对2014年全县47 703名中小学生的龋齿检查结果显示,总龋齿率为37.00%,其中小学生和中学生分别为57.95%和24.49%,县城和乡镇小学生龋齿率分别为51.27%和60.03%(P<0.05),县城和乡镇中学生龋齿率分别为22.84%和25.14%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但乡镇6-9岁小学男女生的龋齿率高于县城6-9岁小学男女生,且均超过70%以上。结论该县应重点加强小学生群体的口腔卫生保健,特别是乡镇的小学生。Objective To understand the dental caries situation among primary school and middle school students in Pubei County with more population of Guangx in order provide a reference for the oral health care of primary school and middle school students in the future. Methods According to the national survey scheme, partial students of middle school and primary school in the whole county were performed the random sample healthy physical examination and the students health archives were established. Results The detection results of dental caries among 47 703 primary school and middle school student during 2014 showed that the total caries rate was 37.00% ,in which 57.95% for primary school students and 24.49% for middle school stu dents,the caries rates in the county town and villages towns primary school students were 51.27% and 60.03% respectively（P〈0.05）, which in the middle school students were 22.84% and 25.14% respectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but the caries rate of boy and girl pupils aged 6-9 years old in villages and towns primary schools was higher than that in county town primary schools, which all exceeded more than 70%. Conclusion This county should focus on strengthening the oral health care in the primary school students group, especially the students in village.
