摘　　要：英国工程博士培养实践方案由三部分构成:计划系统、执行系统和评估系统。计划系统从宏观层面规定了培养实践方案的预期目标。执行系统从中观层面规定了不同机构和不同人员的任务;评估系统从微观层面规定了培养实践方案的落实和修正。这三个系统环环相扣,保证了英国工程博士培养质量。这为我国开展工程博士项目提供了很好的启示。The engineering doctorate training practice scheme evaluation. Its planning system defines the general objectives in the U. K. includes three parts： planning, execution and of the training practice. The execution system specifies the responsibilities of different organizations and individuals. The evaluation system provides the implementation and modification of the scheme. The scheme, with its three coordinating systems that ensure the quality of training, providesa good example for China＇s engineering doctorate programs.
