摘  要:目的:了解高校大学生对生殖健康知识的认知和态度,探讨与评价高校针对大学生开展生殖健康教育的必要性与重要性。方法:采用随机抽样的方法 ,对武汉大学本科生进行不记名问卷调查,调查内容包括对性知识的了解,包括其来源、性现状、性态度、性观念以及有关避孕方面的知识、意外妊娠风险的认识等。结果:共发放调查问卷800份,回收756份,有效问卷736份,其中男生376名,女生360名。经统计发现被调查者对生殖健康方面的知识了解较少,对无保护性行为可能造成的不良后果认知薄弱;大部分被调查者认为有必要开展生殖健康教育课程以了解避孕知识和性知识。结论:武汉地区高校大学生生殖健康的认知水平较低,对生殖健康知识的需求较大,需要进行系统全面的生殖健康教育。Objects:To understand the recognition and attitude of college students on reproductive health knowledge and evaluate the necessity and the importance of carrying out reproductive health education in colleges.Methods:Method of random sampling was used to carry out anonymous questionnaire survey among the undergraduate students of Wuhan University.The investigation content included understanding of sexual knowledge,including its origin,sex,status,sexual attitudes,sexual mores,as well as the contraceptive knowledge,the understanding of the risk of accidental pregnancy,etc.Results:A total of 800 questionnaires were issued,756 returned with 736 valid questionnaires,including 376 boys' questionnaires and 360 girls' questionnaires.Through analysis,we found that respondents were lack of reproductive health knowledge and knew little about the adverse consequences of unprotected sexual behavior;Most of the respondents thought that it was necessary to carry out reproductive health education course to learn about contraception and sexual knowledge.Conclusions:Wuhan university students' reproductive health cognition level is low and the reproductive health knowledge demand is large.Therefore,reproductive health education in an all-round way should be provided.
