摘 要:创造力研究是国内外学者共同关心的重要课题之一。独立自我建构是指个体在多大程度将自己视为独特个体,它对创造力具有预测作用。但以往研究者较少探讨独立自我建构影响创造力的机制。为此,本研究以894名励耘学院实验班和常规教学班大学生为被试,采用问卷调查法考察了独立自我建构、创造性人格、创意自我效能感和创造力之间的关系。结果发现:(1)女生在创造力的流畅性和灵活性上显著高于男生,在新颖性上无显著差异;实验班学生创造力水平明显高于常规教学班;大二学生的创造力水平高于大一和大三;班级类型和年级在创造力上有交互作用。(2)创造性人格在独立自我建构和创造力关系中起完全中介作用,在独立自我建构和创意自我效能感的关系中起部分中介作用。而且这些作用机制不受性别、班级类型和年级的影响。Creativity is one of the common issues concerned among domestic and foreign researchers.Independent selfconstrual refers to how much an individual sees oneself unique,and which could predict creativity.However,few studies have explored the effect mechanism.To investigate the effect paths,894 college students from Liyun College(experimental classes)and regular classes participated in questionnaires survey and were explored for the relationships between independent self-construal,creative personality,creative self-efficacy and creativity.The results showed:(i)Girl students were significantly higher than boy students on the fluency and flexibility of creativity,and there was no sex difference in novelty.The scores of experimental classes in creativity were significantly higher than that of regular classes.The scores of sophomore in creativity were significantly higher than that of freshmen and juniors.Interactions were found between class types and grades.(ii)Creative personality fully mediated the relationship between independent self-construal and creativity,and partially mediated the association between independent self-construal and creative self-efficacy.Moreover,these mechanisms were not influenced by gender,class type and grade.
