摘 要:电冰箱的发展方向已经越来越倾向智能化,而冰箱的温度控制则是冰箱智能化的关键技术。目前,在大多数场合,冰箱内的温度场呈不均匀分布,传统的PID控制算法容易出现积分饱和问题,本文提出了一种抗饱和PID控制算法。利用MATLAB进行仿真,实验结果证明改进型PID控制算法可以显著地减少系统的超调量,减少系统的稳定时间,实现精准温控。The refrigerator development direction is getting more and more intelligent, the temperature control is the key technology of intelligent refrigerator. At present, in most cases, the refrigerator temperature field presents uneven distribution, the traditional PID control algorithm is easy to appear the integral saturation problem. A saturated PID control algorithm is proposed in this paper. And the MATLAB simulation is carried out. The experimental results prove that the improved PID control algorithm can significantly reduce the overshoot of system, reducing the time of the stability of the system, and realize accurate temperature control.
