摘　　要：随着用人单位对本科护理毕业生的要求愈来愈高,提高护理本科生职业角色胜任力具有重要意义。江苏大学护理专业以职业角色化理论为指导,从角色人格发展、职业态度形成、角色行为适应三方面探索基于职业角色化的本科护理教育模式改革并付诸实践,取得了良好的效果。As the hospital＇s higher and higher demand for undergraduate nursing graduates, to improve nursing undergraduates＇ professional role competence is of great significance. Nursing Department of Jiangsu University reformed and practiced undergraduate nursing education pattern from the development of role personality, the formation of professional attitude and the adaptation of role behavior based on the guidance of professional role,and has obtained good effect.
