高职经管类专业教育中企业管理理念引入策略研究

摘　　要：当前一些高职院校经管类专业的办学理念落后,管理模式难以实现高等职业教育既定的办学目标和人才培养目标,经管类专业教育管理模式必须进行改革。改革重要的一点是要把企业管理理念引入高职院校经管类专业教育管理之中,企业管理理念具有先进性和可借鉴性,高职院校经管类专业教育大有必要吸取企业经营理念营养,全方位调整办学策略以寻找到新的办学思路。Currently, the education ideas of economic management majors of some higher vocational colleges are backward, and it is hard for them to realize the established school- running objectives and talent cultivation objectives with their management modes, so the education and management modes of economic management majors must be reformed. An important aspect of the reform is to introduce enterprise management ideas into the education and management of economic management majors in higher vocational colleges, as enterprise management ideas are advanced and useful. It is necessary for higher vocational economic management majors to absorb the experience of enterprise management ideas and comprehensively adjust their school- running strategies, so as to find new school- running ideas.
