摘　　要：大学生自主管理创新实验室是提升其实践能力和创新精神的有效途径,本文以大连工业大学"Xin团队"自主管理机械创新实验室为例,从管理方式、开放形式、经费管理、管理制度几方面探讨了大学生创新实验室的自主管理新模式。新模式的引进,充分利用了实验室资源,节省了师资投入,更提高了学生的创新能力、管理能力和团队协作精神。College students’ independent management of innovation laboratory is an effective way to improve their practical ability and innovative spirit. In this paper, taking the mechanical innovation laboratory managed independently by ＂Xin Team＂ of Dalian Polytechnic Unversity as an example, the new model of college students’ innovative laboratory management in Dalian is discussed, which includes the new management model, open form, fund management, and management system. With the introduction of this new mode, laboratory resources are fully used,the teachers’ time is saved, more importantly, college students’ innovation ability, management ability and teamwork spirit are greatly improved.
