神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗高血压脑出血术后患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经生长因子联合高压氧在高血压脑出血术后治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月~2014年12月期间我院收治的高血压脑出血经急诊开颅手术治疗患者46例,随机分为治疗组23例与对照组23例。治疗组患者术后在常规脱水降颅压、止血及预防脑血管痉挛等治疗基础上给予神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗,对照组患者给予术后常规治疗。治疗结束后,从临床疗效比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分、格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS评分）、格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS评分）及血浆S100β蛋白含量变化。结果治疗组总体有效率（95.65%）高于对照组（69.57%）（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后GCS评分、GOS评分优于对照组（P〈0.05）;血浆S100β蛋白含量变化治疗组治疗前后下降更明显,差异具有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗高血压脑出血能够显著改善神经功能及预后。Objective To investigate the curative effects of nerve growth factor（NGF） together with hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Clinical date were retrospectively analyzed for 46 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from March 2013 to December 2014 undergoing emergency craniotomy. Forty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n =23）. Control group was given conventional treatment. Treatment group was given conventional treatment with NGF and HBO therapy and nursing. Two groups of patients neurological function, Glasgow coma scale（GCS）, Glasgow outcome scale（GOS）,total effective rate, and content changes of S100β protein in serum were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.57%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The GCS score and GOS score in the treatment group were improved better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The serum S100β content in treantment group was significantly lower. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effects of nerve growth factor together with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is better than that of only with conventional treatment.
