摘　　要：校园文化建设是高校人才培养过程中的重要内在需求,也是高校提升核心竞争力的重要途径之一。创建独特、鲜明特点的校园文化,培养学生的财商素质,可以强化财经院校的办学特色,凸显财经类院校校园文化建设的内涵,进而以浓厚的校园文化氛围,促进学生的健康成长。The construction of campus culture is important internal demand in the process of university personnel training, and an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of universities. By creating unique, distinctive campus culture, cultivating students＇ financial quotient qualities, it can strengthen the school characteristics, highlight the connotation of campus cultural construction, provide a strong cultural atmosphere on campus, and promote healthy growth of students.
