摘　　要：护理继续教育作为提高护理人员综合素质,满足社会及群众对医护人员整体水平及服务质量要求的有效途径,逐步得到医院及医护工作者的重视。本文通过对国内护理人员继续教育现状的研究,分析其影响因素,探讨对相关影响因素的有效处理方式,以促进护理优质服务的理念更加有效落实。Nursing continuing education as to improve the overall quality of nurses,effective way the masses of social and health care overall level and quality of service requirements are met,hospitals and health care workers gradually get attention.Through the research on domestic nursing continuing education,analyzes the influencing factors,discussion of these factors and effective approach to promote the concept of care services more effectively implemented.
