摘  要:目的探讨在神经外科实习教学中运用临床路径的教学效果。方法选取神经外科实习生68例分为实验组和对照组,各34例。实验组运用临床路径方式,对照组运用传统教学模式,对比两组的教学效果。结果实验组理论成绩、操作成绩、综合素质均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。讨论临床路径教学方法效果佳。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathways teaching in nerve surgery practice.Methods Selected 68 neurosurgery interns were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group had 34 cases,the experimental group adopt clinical pathway,the control group adopt the traditional teaching mode,compared the teaching effect of two groups.Results The experimental group theory results,operating performance,overall quality were higher than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Clinical pathway effect of good teaching methods.
