探讨新生儿疾病的筛查和护理过程中注意事项

摘　　要：目的分析新生儿疾病筛查方法和护理注意事项。方法选取2013年7月-2015年7月于我院出生的新生儿10 950例中接受疾病筛查的9 983例,分析此过程的相关问题。结果 19例新生儿患有CH,7例患有PKU,筛查率是91.17%。结论新生儿接受疾病筛查的过程中,护士应做好采血操作前、中、后的各项护理工作,提高新生儿疾病筛查准确率。Objective To analysis neonatal disease screening method and nursing considerations.Methods Selected 10 950 cases of newborn babies from July 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital,included 9 983 cases of neonatal disease screening,analyzed the related problems of the process.Results 19 cases of neonatal screening,patients with CH,7 cases with PKU,screening rate is 91.17%.Conclusion Neonatal accept disease screening process,the nurse should be blood before,during and after operation in all kinds of nursing work,improve the neonatal disease screening accuracy.
