高频超声对甲状腺癌患者感染的诊断研究

摘　　要：目的研究高频超声对甲状腺癌患者感染的诊断价值,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法选取医院在2013年2月-2014年3月确诊的18例甲状腺癌发生感染患者为观察组,另选取同期18例甲状腺癌未感染患者为对照组,比较观察组与对照组两组患者的相关指标,采用SPSS14.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组18例甲状腺癌患者超声检查出1例甲状瘤、2例结节性甲状腺肿、1例误诊;超声检查周边无声晕的检出率观察组为81.22%,对照组为70.14%,观察组患者的周边无声晕检出率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌合并感染的超声表现具有一定的特点,分析高频超声以及二维声像图的相关表现能够有效提高对甲状腺癌合并感染患者的正确诊断率。OBJECTIVE To study the value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of infections in the thyroid cancer patients so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.METHODS Totally 18 thyroid cancer patients with infections who were treated in the hospital from Feb 2013 to Mar 2014 were assigned as the observation group,meanwhile,18 thyroid cancer patients without infections were set as the control group.The related indicators were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS14.0software.RESULTS The results of the ultrasound examination showed that of the 18 thyroid cancer patients in the observation group,1case had thyroid tumors,2cases had nodular goiter,and 1case was misdiagnosed.The detection rate of silent surrounding halo was 81.22%in the observation group by the ultrasound examination,higher than 70.14% of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe ultrasonography of the thyroid cancer patients complicated with infections has certain characteristics,and the rate of correct diagnosis of the thyroid cancer patients complicated with infections can be effectively improved through the analysis of related findings of the high frequency ultrasound and dimensional sonogram.
