补肾复方联合美多芭治疗早中期帕金森病的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾复方联合美多芭治疗早中期帕金森病的临床效果。方法将早中期帕金森病患者74例采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组37例用美多芭治疗,观察组37例用补肾复方联合美多芭治疗。观察2组治疗前后UPDRS评分、中医证候量化分级表评分及认知功能评分,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,2组UPDRS评分、中医证候量化分级表评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),认知功能评分显著增加(P均<0.05);且观察组UPDRS评分、中医证候量化分级表评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),认知功能评分显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为86%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾复方联合美多芭是治疗早中期帕金森病的有效方法,可缓解患者临床症状并改善认知功能。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of kidney tonifying compound recipe combined with Madopar in the treatment of early metaphase Parkinson＇s disease. Methods 74 patients with early metaphase Parkinson＇s disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups,37 cases were treated with Madopar in the control group and 37 cases with kidney tonifying compound recipe combined with Madopar in the observation group. The UPDRS score,TCM syndrome quantitative grading table score,cognitive function score changes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. The curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the both groups. Results After treatment,the of UPDRS score,TCM syndrome quantitative grading table score were markedly lower,and cognitive function score were markedly higher in the two groups（ all P〈0. 05）; the UPDRS score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were significantly lower,and cognitive function score was significantly higher than those in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 100%in the observation group and 86% in the control group,there was significant difference between them（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Kidney tonifying compound recipe combined with Madopar is the effective method in the treatment of early metaphase Parkinson＇s disease,it can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the cognitive function of patients.
