摘　　要：西安理工大学作为陕西省首家学分制试点本科院校,为陕西省本科院校的学分制推行做了大量探索性工作。作为一所西部地区的地方院校,具有地方院校的代表性和典型性,从10年来学分制实践的经验和问题中,可一窥地方院校实行学分制、开展个性化培养的困难、原因及解决的办法。As the first undergraduate colleges for the pilot credit system in Shaanxi Province,Xi＇an University of technology has done a lot of exploratory work. It is representative and typical of the local universities in the western region. Its experience and problems of the credit system in the past 10 years can be a glimpse of the difficulties, causes and solutions faced by local colleges and universities in the implementation of the credit system.
