摘　　要：目的 探讨单孔后腹腔镜技术完成肾囊肿去顶减压术的可行性和安全性.方法 2012年9月至2013年9月,我们行单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术26例.其中男15例,女11例.年龄35～68岁,平均50岁.肾囊肿直径56～98mm,平均70mm.结果 手术时间30～70min,平均45 min.无中转其他术式.术中出血10～30ml,平均15ml.术后住院2～5d,平均3d.术中术后未发现明显并发症,随访6～13个月,经超声复查,未见复发.讨论 单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术安全可行,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of the treatment of renal cysts by home- made single port retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Methods From September 2012 to September 2013, 26 patients with renal cysts were treated by home - made single port retroperitoneoscopic technology. 15 patients were male and 11 were female, aged from 35 to 68 years, the median age was 50 years. Renal cyst were 56--98 mm in di- ameters（mean 70 mm）. Results The operation time was 30-- 70 min （mean 45 min） , no conversion to open or standard laparoscopic surgery. The blood loss was 10--30 ml （mean 15 ml） and the postoperative hospital stay was 2 to 5 days （mean 3 days）. No complications occurred during or after operation. With 6-- 13 months follow - up, In ultrasound, no recurrence of renal cysts had been found. Conclusion The treatment of renal cysts by home - made single port retroperitoneoscopy is safe and feasible. Is worthy of spreading.
