摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症住院患者的颅内动脉血流动力学改变。方法应用经颅彩色多普勒双功超声成像(TCCD)技术对350名精神分裂症患者检测,并对200名正常人检测进行对照。结果病例组大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉收缩期峰值血流速度均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论精神分裂症患者的大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉血流速度发生改变,表现为流速降低,经颅彩色多普勒双功超声在精神分裂症患者诊疗中有较大价值。Objective To explorer the intracranial arterial hemodynamics with schizophrenic patients. Methods Transcranial colour- code real - time duplex sonography（TCCD） was performed on 350 schizophren- ics and 200 healthy control subjects to detect the velocity of intracranial arterial. Results It was found that the peak systolic velocity of middle cerebral artery （MCA） and anterior cerebral artery （ACA） in schizophrenia showed decrease as compared with the normal subject （P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion The schizophrenia patientshave the hemodynamic changes of middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery, the blood stream velocity is re- duced. TCCD have reasonable values for patients with Schizophrenics.
