支气管哮喘患者三维人格与抑郁情绪的关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究支气管哮喘患者人格维度、抑郁情绪及二者相关关系,探讨心理因素对支气管哮喘的影响。方法选取78例支气管哮喘患者作为实验组、82例非哮喘患者为正常对照组,应用三维人格问卷(TPQ)评定人格特征,应用流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)评定抑郁情绪。结果实验组在NS2、HA1两个维度上得分高于对照组,在RD1上得分低于对照组;实验组在抑郁情绪、抑郁总分上得分高于对照组,积极情绪得分低于对照组;支气管哮喘患者NS2、RD4与抑郁情绪呈显著负相关,HA4、RD1与抑郁情绪呈显著正相关;NS4与积极情绪成显著正相关;NS3、RD4与抑郁总分呈显著负相关,NS4、HA4、RD2与抑郁总分呈显著正相关。结论支气管哮喘患者三维人格特征为冲动性、预期忧虑和悲观主义、情感孤立;支气管哮喘患者人格与抑郁情绪有显著的相关性;人格特征是影响支气管哮喘患者抑郁情绪的关键因素。Objective To explore the relation between personality and depression on asthma patients. Methods As experiment group, 78 asthma patients were recruited to receive questionnaires survey, and 82 people as control group. The Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire （TPQ） was used to measure personality traits. The Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale （CES-D） was used to measure depressive status.Results The NS2, HA1 scores were higher in experiment group than in control group, the RD1 scores were lower than in control group. The depressive motion and total scores of CES-D were higher in experiment group than in control group, positive emotion scores were lower than in control group. The NS2, RD4 scores of asthma patients were negative correlation with depressive motion, the HA4, RD1 scores was positive correlation with depressive emotion. The NS4 scores of asthma patients was positive correlation with positive emotion. The NS3, RD4 scores of asthma patients were negative correlation with total scores of CES-D and the NS4, HA4, RD2 scores were positive correlation with total scores of CES-D. Conclusions Tridimensional Personality traits in asthma patients are impulsive, expected pessimism, sentimental. Personality traits in asthma patients are correlation with depressive motion. Personality traits are the key factors with depression emotion of asthma patients.
