摘　　要：大数据时代的档案职业发展呈现出鲜明的时代性特点,在社会公众多样化信息需求的推动下,档案职业发展理念不断创新,其承担的社会功能也向更广的领域拓展,基于此,档案职业的结构必然会经历不断转型的过程。The archival profession presents distinctive modernity characteristics in the big data era. Under the impetus of the diversification of the social public information needs, archival profession development concept innovates continually, its social function expands to a wider area. Based on it, the structure of the archive profession will inevitably experience the process of transformation.
