2007至2013年某企业医院死亡病例分析

摘　　要：【目的】通过分析某企业医院死亡病例的具体情况,找出威胁企业职工或家属及非企业职工或家属两类人群生命的主要因素,为开展健康促进、医院合理分配医疗资源和企业发展提供依据。【方法】对案例医院2007至2013年上报到《死因登记报告信息系统》的所有病例,依据国际疾病分类标准（ICD-10）对死因进行统一编码分类,利用EXCEL和SPSS软件进行回顾性调查分析。【结果】2007至2013年案例医院男性死亡病例人数高于女性,企业职工或家属尤甚。死亡病例人数最多的都是71~80岁年龄段,平均死亡年龄呈线性增长。死因以恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病为主。【结论】企业和医院应更加注重对男性员工和患者的关注;恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病等慢性非传染性疾病是主要死因,应积极展开防控工作;企业医院不仅为所属企业提供了良好的健康服务,也提高了驻地居民的健康水平。【Objective】To find out the main factors threatening the lives of two kinds of people： enterprise employees or their families and non-enterprise employees or their families by analyzing the death cases reported by an enterprise hospital in detail, and provide the basis for health promotion, rational allocation of medical resources and enterprise development.【Methods】The data in＂Registration and reporting system of death causes＂reported by the hospital from 2007 to 2013 were uniformly coded and classified according to the international classification of diseases（ICD-10） and retrospectively analyzed with Excel and SPSS.【Results】From 2007 to 2013, male death cases were more than female ones in the hospital, especially in the enterprise employees or their families. Most of death cases occurred in the age-bracket from 71 to 80 and the average age of death rose linearly. The major causes of death were malignant tumors,circulatory system diseases and respiratory system diseases.【Conclusion】Enterprises and their hospitals should pay more attention to the heath of male employees and patients; the main causes of death including malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases and other chronic noncommunicable diseases should be actively prevented and controlled; enterprise hospitals not only provide good health services for their enterprises, but also improve health levels of stationed residents.
