江西省社区卫生服务实践教学基地建设的思考——基于SWOT分析

摘　　要：目的:促进江西省社区卫生服务实践教学基地的稳步、快速、持续发展,培养具备社区卫生服务意识和能力的应用型医学人才,实现高校与社区卫生服务机构的"共赢"。方法:采用SWOT分析模型,对江西省开展此项工作的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行系统分析。结果:江西省具备建立社区卫生服务实践教学基地的条件,但由于起步晚,存在诸多有待完善之处。同时,也存在外部机遇和威胁。结论:根据SWOT分析提出建设江西省社区卫生服务实践教学基地的SO、ST、WO、WT四大策略。Objective：Promote the steady, rapid and sustainable development of community health services practice teaching base, train medical personnel of having the awareness and ability of community health services and realize the ＂win - win＂ between university and community health service institutions. Methods： Analyse the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Jiangxi carrying on the work using the SWOT model. Resuhs：Jiangxi has the conditions for the establishment of practice base, however, due to late start, there are many needs to be perfect. Meanwhile, there are also external opportunities and threats. Conclusion：Propose the four strategies, including SO, ST, WO, WT of construction of practice base.
