眼外肌中干细胞作用的研究现状

摘　　要：卫星细胞是肌肉分化干细胞中的一类。其中,生肌转录因子PAX3/PAX7和生肌调节因子MRFS在肌形成过程中发挥重要的调控作用。已有动物实验证实了肌调节因子在眼外肌疾病中的调控作用,对于揭示眼外肌病病因及治疗提供了依据和新途径。Satellite cell is a kind of muscle stem cells. Transcription factor Pax7/PAX3 and myogenic regulatory factor Myf5 play an important role in the formation of muscle. Animal experiments have demonstrated that the regulation of these regulatory factors in the pathogenesis of the diseases in extrocular muscles, and provide a basis for revealing the cause and the treatment of the disease.
