摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染对患者心理状态的影响.方法:连续选择2014-10/2015-05铜陵市市立医院消化内科住院的^(13)C尿素呼气试验(^(13)C-urea breath test,^(13)C-UBT)阳性的84例H.pylori感染患者作为研究组,随机选择同期门诊体检中^(13)C-UBT阴性的84例健康人群作为对照组,分别采用90项症状清单(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)进行评分并比较两组的差异.84例H.pylori感染患者入院后均给予H.pylori根除治疗,4wk后复查^(13)C-UBT,对根治成功、^(13)C-UBT阴性者再次采用SCL-90量表进行评分,比较治疗前后的差异.结果:H.pylori感染者与健康人群以及H.pylori根除治疗前后相比较,在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧方面具显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).对根治成功者治疗前后的SCL-90评分进行比较,结果发现患者的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑及恐惧症状得到明显缓解.结论:H.pylori感染可使患者产生明显的负性心理,成功根除H.pylori可明显改善患者的心理状态.AIM： To investigate the effect of Helicobacterpylori （H. pylori） infection on mental status of patients. METHODS： Eighty-four patients diagnosed with H. pylori infection by 13C-Urea breath test （13C-UBT） at Tongling Municipal Hospital were included in an experimental group, and 84 healthy controls were used as a control group. The differences between the two groups were compared using the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） rating scale. Patients with H. pylori infection received H. pylori eradication, and then underwent 13C-UBT again. Patients who had successful H. pylori eradication were scored with the SCL-90 rating scale again, and the scores were compared between before and after treatment. RESULTS： Somzatization, compulsion symptom, interpersonal relations, depression, anxiety, and terror scores differed significantly between patients with H. pylori infection and those without H. pylori infection, as well as between before and after successful eradication therapy （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： H. pylori infection can result in negative psychological status, and successful H. pylori eradication significantly improves such negative mental status.
