摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生事业的不断发展,医院护理专业的工作范围不断扩大,护理人员工作内容在医疗卫生事业的发展中起到举足轻重的作用。本文主要针对核心胜任力培养的护理专业教学改革进行探讨,并且依据实际情况提出一些意见,以期促进护理专业教学改革的发展。With the continuous development of China＇s medical and health undertakings, the hospital nursing work scope expands unceasingly, nursing staff working content in play a decisive role in the development of medical and health care. This paper focuses on the core competence cultivating nursing teaching reform were discussed, and put forward some advice according to the actual situation, in order to promote the development of nursing teaching reform.
