摘　　要：临床医生的首要任务是完成临床工作,作为教学医院,临床课教学工作是同等重要的任务。通过实行"教学日"工作制度,不仅保证了临床课教学质量,而且促进了科研学术和医疗水平的提高。The primary task is to complete the work of clinical doctors, as a teaching hospital, teaching of clinical courses are equally important tasks. Through the implementation of the ＂teaching day＂ work system, not only to ensure the quality of clinical teaching, but also promote the improvement of scientific research and medical standards.
