摘　　要：目的探究分析不同手术方案治疗老年乳腺癌的临床治疗效果。方法本次临床研究分析选择2010年6月~2014年6月,本院收治的80例老年乳腺癌患者为观察对象,随机将80例患者均分为两组。对照组患者采用传统改良根治术进行治疗,实验组患者采用保乳手术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和术后初期生活质量评分。结果实验组患者在拔管时间、术后并发症等各指标上均优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）;两组患者的术后初期生活质量评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论将保乳手术应用于老年乳腺癌患者的临床治疗中,能够有效巩固和提高手术治疗效果,预防和减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different surgical treatment for the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by traditional nodified radical mastectomy, the experimental group was treated with breast conserving surgery, and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the quality of life of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The use of breast conserving surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer, can effectively consolidate and improve the effect of surgical treatment to prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
