牙周基础治疗与正畸疗法联用治疗牙周病的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗与正畸疗法联用治疗牙周病患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月~2015年5月收治的64例牙周病患者的临床资料,根据患者的入院尾号分为对照组（牙周基础治疗）与观察组（牙周基础治疗联合正畸疗法）,每组各32例。结果通过治疗,观察组的平均附着丧失（AL）、牙周探诊深度（PD）、探诊出血（BOP）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）以及菌斑指数（PLI）均优于对照组。结论采用牙周基础治疗联合正畸疗法治疗牙周病能够有效提升临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of periodontal therapy on patients with periodontal disease in orthodontic patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with periodontal disease in 64 cases in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015.According to the number of patients admitted to the hospital was divided into the control group（periodontal basic treatment） and the observation group（periodontal basic treatment combined with orthodontic treatment）, 32 cases in each group. Results Through therapy, AL in the observation group, PD, BOP, SBI and PLI were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Using periodontal therapy combined orthodontic periodontal therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
